How to use

1. Clean and fully dry the skin.
2. Cut the sheet to size, leaving a small margin around the area.
3. Remove the backing and apply the sticky side smoothly to the skin.
4. Wear for several hours a day and gradually build up wear time.
5. Wash with mild soap and water, then air dry with the sticky side up.
